The Format
Twelve reality stars are dropped on a remote beach in Colombia, where they endure extremeheat, minimal food and zero basic facilities. Surrounded by snakes and spiders,they are forced to survive — something they are clearly not very good at. Luckilyfor them, just 150 metres away lies a 42-metre luxury yacht, offering 24/7service, air conditioning, proper beds, lobster, caviar and cocktails. Butcomfort must be earned. Through tough physical anti-survival challenges,contestants fight their way from beach to boat. But, each day, the ship’s hornsounds and a compass decides who must battle to stay on the yacht — or be sentback to the survival hell they just escaped. Moving from island to yachtrequires winning a physical game. Staying on the yacht requires winning apsychological Game of Deception. In the finale, the remainingcontestants on the yacht compete for the €50,000 prize.

How we made it
Built as a hub. Designed to return. A.S.S. was never meant to be a one-off adventure. We developed a sustainable production hub in Colombia, a fixed base where beach, jungle and yacht come together in one scalable setup. By centralising locations, crew and infrastructure, we created a format that can be produced year-round. Efficient. Repeatable. Cost-effective. This hub model allows us to deliver premium production value at an attractive price point, without compromising on scale, safety or spectacle.
Content discovery
While they were offline, we were very much online. During filming, the contestants were completely cut off from the outside world. No phones. No social media. No contact. But onboard the yacht, we had a dedicated 24/7 social editor capturing everything. The fights, the luxury, the paranoia, the meltdowns. A parallel storyline. Raw and unfiltered. This behind-the-scenes content was handed back to the contestants during the broadcast window, allowing them to share exclusive footage with their own audiences. Their followers didn’t just watch the show, they got access. Every clip brought new eyeballs to the series. One format. Two storylines. Built to expand beyond the episode.
