How we made it

The format was first piloted on YouTube, where we refined the rules based on real-time audience feedback. By combining RTL Creative Unit’s expertise on hit formats like Traitors with Signal’s focus on streaming storytelling, we created a show that moves fast, plays wide, and always feels live. From location logistics to live eliminations, every element is designed to scale tension across countries and screens.
