The Format
People lie. Numbers don’t. Watch Your Back. Twelve famous contestants enter a bright, colorful world for ten days of psychological warfare. Each morning, a new number appears on their back. Visible to everyone, except themselves. To survive, players must uncover the truth: What’s the number on your back? Trust, lies, speculation, and betrayal drive the story forward, as every wrong move pushes players closer to elimination.
How we made it
Watch Your Back lives in a bright, colorful universe where every frame reinforces the psychology of the game. From set design to costumes, from the numbers on players’ backs to the way the cameras move, everything serves one idea: you can’t escape the game. This world building was shaped together with our partners at Kinetic Content, who are masters at creating immersive, shareable worlds. The result is a show that doesn’t just play out on screen, but lingers in memes, conversations, and the imagination of the streaming generation.
