incubate:
Create it,
Test it.
An idea is the starting point. We test it on StukTV and The Outsiders, our format-focused YouTube channels. We learn what keeps viewers watching, refine what needs work and decide which ideas to take further. Through testing and refinement, formats like Most Wanted, Let’s Play Ball and Catch Us If You Can grow from YouTube concepts into international shows. Not every crazy idea works. We’re fine with that. We’d rather regret trying something than regret never trying it at all.

Story first. Structure second.
Viewers come for the idea. They stay for the people, the stakes and the twists they never saw coming. That’s why we build the format around the story. Every rule, challenge and reveal should raise the stakes, reveal character or make viewers need to know what happens next. That thinking shapes everything we produce, from reality and adventure to game shows and documentaries. They press play. We make them want to stay.

CONTENT DISCOVERY at the core
Give people a reason to press play. The first encounter with a show often happens outside the platform where it’s available to watch. That’s why we build discovery into the format from day one. Most Wanted becomes an event people can actively join. Anti Survival Show extends its storylines onto TikTok. Through podcasts, creator collaborations and social clips, we give audiences a taste of the story where they already spend their time, then a reason to watch the full show.

Some partnerships are planned. Ours wasn’t.
Two creatives running a company. What could possibly go wrong? Giel built YouTube formats and learned by doing. Wouter brought advertising, storytelling and production experience. Naturally, they decided the world needed another show. Then another. Then apparently a company.
Shaping the future of storytelling. One format at a time.
